If I were an ISLAND I would be the Maldives. Exotic, magnificent, dreamy and irresistibly decadent – a place that conjures dreams in all who think of her and relaxation to all who visit.
If I were a TREE, I would be an olive tree – a resilient species whose beauty only enhances with age, even though its trunk gets gnarly as it grows: the beauty comes from what others would have once thought ugly, giving it now irresistible charm and a bounteous fruit that is and has been desired for centuries.
If I were a COCKTAIL, I would be an Aperol Spritz, bold in colour and taste, bitter at first but with a flavour that swirls around the mouth becoming delicious and refreshing. The unexpected sparkle of its ingredients and twist of orange makes it the opening statement to an evening’s enjoyment.
If I were a BOAT, I would be a Riva speedboat . . . sleek and sexy in all its Italian style, timelessly elegant and classic in a way that makes all who see it swoon – and all who ride in it feel like a movie star.
